• All images on our site and offered for sale on our photoreflect site our intended for the people in the photos or their authorized representatives.

• All images are copyrighted by ProntoPics, Inc and may not be reused or reproduced in any way without our expressed written consent.

• Images may not be downloaded and security features may not be legally bypassed.  These images may not be used on myspace accounts or any other form unless purchased for such use.

• Illegal use of anyone's copyrighted photos is punishable by up to a $10,000 fine PER IMAGE as well as possible jail time.

• If you do not want to buy our photos you are under no obligation to do so but do not steal them.  If you do we will seek damages up to the maximum allowed by law.

If you have illegal photos please remove them immediately.  We will be actively pursuing those who have stolen our photos.
